I highly recommend Matthew’s autistic life coaching. He is supportive and knowledgeable. He was a great help for me during the first days I started to wonder if I were autistic, checked in on me and made me feel heard and reassured. He is generous in compassionate listening, sharing great resources, and building community. Thank you, Matthew!

My time working with Matthew has been incredibly helpful because he gets it and I don't have to explain Autistic culture or the Autistic brain. I have appreciated his relatability and how he validates my lived experience. His approach feels very supportive, affirming, and encouraging.

Matthew came into my life at a crucial time, when I was searching for ways to recover from Covid induced neurodivergent burnout, and was really just learning what autistic burnout is and how it impacts everything. Working with Matthew has been life changing and highly empowering for me as a very late diagnosed (during the pandemic) AuDHD Black woman professional.
I initially just wanted information and community and signed up for a "newly diagnosed/identified" group. I didn't realize how much it would help me to have Matthew as a group coach and to have the opportunity to talk with and just be with people sharing experiences around autism and ADHD. I was really impressed by his directness and honesty, and felt his guidance could be trusted. I now intend to work with him for individual business coaching as well. I first found Matthew on Twitter just as lockdown was ending, at a time when I had a profound need for community and dialogue about autism and ADHD.
Matthew is a kindhearted, skilled facilitator, makes the space welcoming, sets clear boundaries, and is passionately committed to his work and to his clients. He is sensitive to acknowledging the risks we take when revealing ourselves, to our vulnerabilities both known and undiscovered, and to intersectionality and the understanding that we aren't all having the same experience or facing the same power dynamics.
Matthew is also very open about his own experience, and supports others in talking about as much or as little of their stories as they want. I was relieved that it's ok to just "be" in the space and not feel forced to talk unless you want/need to do so. I've now participated in multiple groups and have had the added benefit of getting to know and build community with other neurodivergent people from all over the world, across cultures and age groups.
I've really appreciated and benefited from Matthew's intelligence, depth of knowledge, and from the fact that he is highly empathetic, understanding, compassionate, warm, humorous, and is always accessible as a coach and caring professional.

If you ever find yourself looking for a knowledgeable mentor to guide you through some of your Autistic experiences, ideas, aspirations, and struggles, I highly recommend Matthew's coaching. Participating in his 'Entrepreneurship for Aspiring Autistics' sessions, has significantly motivated and helped me with not only my business desires, but my social desires too! He's very flexible, relaxed, and easy to talk to. He makes sure everyone gets a chance to speak, and is seen within the group. You never feel alone, or singled out with him and his groups. I highly recommend you take the time to enjoy one of his sessions!

Matthew is not the first neurodiversity coach I've contacted, but he's certainly been the most helpful. More than once, I've come to him with problems that have troubled me for years as an autistic writer and business owner, and he's solved them in single sessions - in fact, he helped me identify the need for a brand to occupy my current niche. Matthew is personable and patient, and I couldn't recommend him more highly!

I found Matthew at a time when I was experiencing the worst bout of autistic burnout I’d ever been through. What made my burnout worse was not knowing I was autistic at first. I didn’t even know what burnout was. I just knew that something was wrong and that I no longer had the energy to continue being inauthentic and ruled by other peoples responses.
I’d wondered vaguely on and off for about ten years whether I might be autistic, but my burnout last year caused me to finally knuckle down, do some in depth research and face the fact that I am indeed autistic. My next question was “what do I do now?” At that point I found Matthew. He has lived up to his life coaching ethos and more.
I’ve had one to one sessions with him that have buoyed me and helped me feel seen and understood, and given me some insight into how I might begin to unmask. I have also done group sessions that connected me to fellow autistics who I remain in contact with even though our sessions have come to an end. If you are on the fence about signing up to sessions with Matthew, I’d urge you to take that leap. It might change your life too.

Life-changing. Matthew is very good at what he does – I was right at the start of my understanding of my neurodivergence when I took the course and the learning was intense and immediately practical, the lessons I learned improving my life tangibly within weeks. He is also honest, accepting, fiercely positive and kind – and seems to attract some exceptional people to his groups, who are also a privilege to learn with and from. I can wholeheartedly recommend working with him – this course was one of those moments when my life pivoted and I am loving the world he helped me to open the door to in my mind – my world, where I’ve started learning to really thrive because of who I am.

I discovered Matthew’s group coaching the day after I was formally diagnosed as autistic, and I signed up immediately. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I felt so supported and understood by Matthew and all the wonderful people in my group. With that support, I was able to take steps to advocate for myself and my needs in ways that I probably wouldn’t have done on my own. I’m still in touch with all the group members and so the support and community continues.

It was profound for me to have a space for meeting other autistics and to be recognised & affirmed by my neurodifferent peers. Matthew facilitates the groups with care and knowledge and a lot of supportive practical advice for navigating au/adhd life. It’s been so helpful that groups can continue via a daily chat online where he is generously present.

I came across Matt's groups on Twitter when I was a few months into my Autistic Awakening TM. In all seriousness I had just began realizing that there might be an explanation for why life seemed like it was stuck on a high difficulty setting. I'm so glad I did. Matt himself was a helpful conversation partner for my self realization journey and, 6 months after the course wrapped, I am still in touch with other group members. There's nothing quite like being with a group of autistic friends for beginning to feel like it's OK to take turns infodumping, stim how you want, self accommodate your eye contact needs and open space for Autistic Joy.
If you are considering doing a group with Matt, that's your sign that it is the right thing to do. Go for it and take a step closer to a happy, free life.

Participating in Matthew's groups is lifesaving. It's not a magic cure, of course, but it helps a lot and does so much good. It helps to know yourself better and to regain hope, and it is so valuable to have the experience of not being alone. I’m very grateful for it!“

After years of wrestling with wondering if I was “autistic enough” to explain all my oddball weirdness and unique difficulties, after finally having enough space to breathe and try to discover who I am, after finding only partial success in therapy that should have worked miracles, after TikTok zeroed in on AuDHD being the most relatable content in mere weeks, after reading Unmasking Autism… I found Matthew and his support groups. Being in the conversations he coordinates is an immensely helpful experience in coming to terms with what it means to live an authentic autistic life. Discovering yourself in isolation is a totally different experience from finding yourself in a group of people going on the same journey! I still have a long way to go, learning to ask for help and accommodate myself in ways that aren’t maladaptive, but with the friends I am making here I am confident that I can continue to grow in ways that are authentic to me.
